swaping parts between a 100 & 126

i have a 100 that i thought the engine had locked up, i went looking for another engine and found a ford lgt100 that had a kohler in it on CL. when i got there the guy had a 126 in good shape but missing the s/g air cleaner and coil that he wanted a $100 for so i bought it.
I took the s/g off my 100 and found that it had locked up, not my engine.
now my 100 is rough but it has the creaper gear and rear lift with assit spring.
if the engine is good in the 126 i'd like to swap the creaper and rear lift from the 100 to the 126, can i?
also the 126 has the disc brake rear

Garry according to my factory service manual the 73, 106,107,126,127,&147 are interchangeable up to the transmission, the creeper on the 73 is different than than the 126. I assume anything is possible and some of the more experienced guys may know more...

The creeper on a 73 is no different than for a 126. The 100 creeper will work with a handle extension, and the 3-point will work with an extra bracket for the upper cast piece.

Really? I did not think they were the same creeper because in the manual it has them seperated, the 73 is seperate from everything else, thats why I thought they had to be different. You learn something new everyday..

that bracket that i would need for the lift,is that something that was factory or do i need to make it? also will the linkage from the 100 work with the 126 lift arm?

It is factory and everything else will work. Here's the bracket you need:

thanks for the pic. now i know what to look for or i could make one
has anyone ever seen a blueprint of that part posted?

i took the s/g apart today and the front bearing had went out and locked up, so i'll get some new bearing for it this week and find out if the engine is good or not in the 126 if i can get it running
