Things to do while the engine is out?

I have the engine pulled on my 127 right now. What are some good common maintenance things to do to the tractor while it’s out?

Looks like I will have to replace the hydro cooling fan.

The hydro lever has a lot of slop in it caused by this.

Where can I get the parts to fix it? Not finding anything on Ebay or the site sponsors.

Boy that thing must be jerky when you drive it.Looks like you definatly have to split the trans from the frame to repair the trunion.
You can check a few things also like a fan shroud, is it missing? Check the rag joint and coupler for wear or a worn roll pin in that area also, check your flapper that may be missing .A good cleaning where the motor was could be in order, check the wire harness for any damage where it runs along the frame rail...

With our site sponsers you have to call them or email them. They have tons of parts and their inventory changes daily.

If your wiring harness needs to be replaced now is the time to do it with the motor out.
