Cub Cadet-VERMEER M147A Trencher Tractor
Here is a link to a video i posted on tou-tub yesterday. It is one of my Vermeer trencher Cub Cadets. Vermeer contracted with IH in the early 70's and purchased a few 147's and 149's, stripped down versions, no lighting or lift system. Vermeer took the tractors, added their own hydraulics and their trencher. They repainted and relabeled them with a data plate, stickers, etc. IH never sold them, Vermeer did at their dealerships. I have some sales literature from Vermeer. I will try and get to post some pictures later as well. Eric

Wow that was awesome!! I wonder why they called it a 147a, and not a 149a?
