Hydro shims

I want to shim up the linkages on my hydro. I did the trunion weld/repair and it still slows quite a bit on small inclines. I can't seem to find shims locally so will have to order them, What did you guys that have done this use the most as far as size of shims? Any idea where I may be able to get an assortment pack?
Thanks

hydro shims

I bought them from Cub Classics, one of our sponsors. He has 3 specific sizes for shimming the hydro shaft. I have also been looking for a supplier of more sizes.

McMaster-Carr is where I got mine; you can get quite a few different thicknesses. I usually buy a pack of 0.005" and 0.010" shims, put the 0.010" ones on until I can't get the snap ring on, then remove one and replace it with a 0.005" shim.

Thanks, will give it a go. One more thing, how many places are there that can be shimmed?l

Matt. I need to shim my hydro cam. I have not taken it apart yet though. What is the proper inside diameter of the shims I'll need to order?

Pretty sure they're 5/8" ID, but measure your trunnion shaft to be sure.
