tires and rims?
 

:bigthink:I have a chance to get a good set of 23/1050-12 turf tires. The tires on my CC149 are 23/850-12 turfs. My question is, do I have to go to a wider rim to use the 23/1050-12? Thank you for your time.

I put 10.50's on my 125 ( already mounted on the correct rims ) and the extra width of the tire would necessitate the wider rim. You might be able to squeeze the tires on the rims but you won't get a correct footprint.

they'll fit , but look odd. the tread will balloon some on a 8" wide rim, like Jeff said you wont use all the footprint of the 10.5 tires.

I would find the correct rims.
