Plowed a new Garden
Prob still to wet, but I wanted to give it a go anyway. :beerchug:
now we dont have to put into the kitty for the community garden. the 682 didnt do to bad with out weights in the tires. the sod was thick. it was alot of stop and go (give-r-heck) to cut the sod. but Id say in the fall it wont be so bad. Id bet tilling this is going to kill my back. to plow it was bad enough I'll let it cook in the sun for a few days I only put out maters, cucumbers and some peppers. the bed is about 10'x30' mostly maters. the wife cans them. http://i846.photobucket.com/albums/a...t/100_7123.jpg http://i846.photobucket.com/albums/a...t/100_7124.jpg |
Looks good Doug! When you till go long ways just like when you plowed. It should be fairly easy on the back. Don't till untill the grass starts to die off. That will make it easy to till. You'll have to rake up the roots but that's not to bad to do.

Plowing sod is a art(pain) in itself.
