Barn find CC 86
 

This is a nice 86 I picked up locally from a good buddy of mine, Dave. The 86 was sitting in his barn and I would kid him about buying it. Was joking around a couple weeks ago and he said "Come pick it up". Pretty stoked about finding another one cause I regretted selling my old 86. All I can say is Dave is a great guy and would give ya the shirt off his back!!

The 86 needs a little lovin'. Got some electrical gremlins to iron out and then hope to attempt a smoke test. Also has a creeper. Has the narrow rear tires, just need to find a set of narrow fronts to go on it. Lew, this is the one is was talking with ya about. Without further rambling, here she it........

Nice looking tractor. Not much rust at all. A good clean up will have it looking fine.

Bad thing about it is it's missing that hard to find 86 muffler! Got any laying around????

He also had an 800 I was trying to buy as well! I bout killed him when he called asking for help to load it up since it was going out East:biggrin2:! Already had one of those, so I had to give him a hard time. Lew, I think you may know the Dave I'm talking about. Does his friend Chumlee and Ryan's steak house sound familiar??????:ROTF2::beer2:

One will pop up for you when you least expect it! What really makes me sick is that my old one was sold to a kid who planned to make a puller out of it.:bash2:. Had the original, nice running 8 horse. I didn't know any of this till he had it loaded and heading out the drive.:banned:

Oh Im sure it will. Thats a great find though. Very clean. Looks like all you need is a muffler to get rolling again. Did it come with a deck?
