Anyone understand the hole in the tin on the side of the engine?

That hole was for the air intank on AQS engines in quiteline cubs.

The hole in the engine tin tell me the flywheel cover is from a Quiet Line engine.

My 72 had one mounted like that,prolly turns clockwise...

Never saw a generator like that. Thats true ethiopian engineering as they say.

Good luck with it, they are truly fun to work on.

There's definitely been some shadetree work on this thing.

I'm a sucker for a mutt...which this certainly is!

Apparently there's a deck with it too. Will put some pix up tomorrow when I get it home.

Did I mention it was cheap? :-)
