I Got Mine!! (Snow that Is!)

Well, we got our snow today!! WOOT!

My ears are still cold from trying out the QL1000.

It is flat putting it down right now.

http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...011640x535.jpg

I did not need to plow the driveway, but I had to try out my new radial tires.

http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...016640x423.jpg

These things stick like glue!! I was pushing the "new" 48" blade everywhere!! Up hill - down hill, she never spun, about 4" deep.

The only weight I have added is the frame mount weights. No chains needed!

All I can say is : Load up and come visit if you have Push Fever!!

Somebody will bring the Pepsi!!

:bigthink:

I'm glad ya got some snow CAD! We got some but nothing much. I've had a sick 3 yr old so no playing in the snow for me.:bash2:

I would have brought the pepsi!

CADplans 02-20-2012 11:12 AM

Well, it snowed 'til midnight. A heavy wet snow!! - :beerchug:

http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...005640x426.jpg

and finally stuck to the driveway. About 8" total, about 4" on the driveway.

http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...002640x422.jpg

So, I had the chance to try out the QL1000 on the driveway

http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...010640x425.jpg

The QL did a wonderful job!!

http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...008640x359.jpg

The 48" wide blade is perfect for the QL, much better than 42".

http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...014640x409.jpg

The 48" blade allows me to get the snow over without having to drive in the ditch!!

I would not have expected the QL to do more with chains!!

http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...013640x364.jpg

I hope these pics help you guys with "Push Fever"!!

It will be gone by tomorrow, that's the advantage of living in Virginia!!

:biggrin2: - Anybody want to buy some land!!?? - :bigthink:

cubguy 02-20-2012 11:53 AM

I plowed the neighboring road with the tractor today. With my 5' blade, the 4 mile road didnt stsand a chance. It took about half an hour but I got er' done.
:BlahBlah: When the snow was all done falling it was 5 inches.

ACecil 02-20-2012 02:04 PM

CAD, I need to bring the 100 up, and help you out. :biggrin2:
