Snow blade springs

The springs on my snow blade looks like there should be a left and a right. It looks to me like they are both the same and don't fit on the bottom rod the same way. Whats up?

All the 42" & 54" snow blades that had the Spring trip feature, used two (2) #27 Springs.

So, the were both wound the same way with the same bend in the bottom that attatches to the bottom rod? The one looks like it would pop off.

I thought the same thing when I had my snow/dozer blade apart last winter to straiten a twisted A-frame. They worked fine before removing and after reinstalling.
