A safe place from a tornado

This past Sunday, a tornado was spotted in Indianapolis, so residents were all taken to Lucas Oil Stadium (Home of the Indianapolis Colts with a 0-10 season). When officials were asked on their rationale for taking residents to that location, they responded we took them to a safe place, a place where we knew there would not be a "touchdown".
