power steering on 1872

I need to see a pic of how the power steering box mounts on one of these 1872 and if possible what the parts look like for the column up to the steering wheel. The reason for asking is I plan on putting this on my 149 because I welded the 1" boat axles to get the 4 lug pattern wheels & 18x9.50x8 on front & I'm running the 26x12x12 out back, I guess I'm making the poor mans "SUPER GARDEN TRACTOR" LOL. thanks for any pics.

Have you upgraded your existing steering box with the thrust bearing??

If not, you might be pleasantly surprised that the PS upgrade is not needed.

Check Ebay for this upgrade.

The cost of the power steering changeover might be in the range of the price of a 1872. That is unless you have a "donor" tractor already.

Don't know if this will help:

The 1862 PS cylinder mount would be a lot closer to fitting than one from a Super because the 1862's frame length is basically the same as your 149.
