Kohler 321 Exhaust Elbow

Hello All,
I have a Cub 149 with a kohler 321. I would like to put an original muffler back on it but I need an exhaust elbow. I see I can buy one for $90(ouch)
Will anything interchange with this? I can do some fabricating.
Thanks

Call or email our sponsors at the top of the page or place a wanted add here in the Wanted Section. That should round you one up.

I went to the hardware store, purchased 2 one inch (i think) diameter by 2 inch length threaded plumbing pipe, and a 1inch inlet 90 degree elbow, and made my own exhaust elbow. You can see it in some of my early threads, where i posted pics. Cost about 8 to 10 bucks. That being said, I purchased a nice used exhaust elbow from a member here from the for sale section, because i wanted to get a better seal at the clamp. Made the exhaust a little quieter. You can find them cheap on evil pay too. If you want one quick, the 90 degree plumbing elbow and threaded pieces will work. I can post a pic for you if it helps. :beer2:

Old thread I know, but I'd love to see a picture of this. Thanks :beerchug:

I'll try to post pics tonight. I can post my fabricated one next to an OEM elbow for a good compare.
