Wheel Weight Adapters

Is anyone making rear wheel weight adapters for iron weight lifting plates and Cub 12 inch wheels (122)? I have run across some self-fabricated adapters but I do not have the wherewithal to pull that off myself. There must be a store-bought version out there.
