Well, I know the unspoken rule.....don't mention a new tractor unless you have pictures to show!!:biggrin2::biggrin2: So, here are some pics of my newest acquisition, my 3rd 129 (still haven't posted pictures of my 2nd one yet).....and as I was unloading this one at my place, a man pulled up in my driveway and wanted to sell his 129 to me, but I'm out of room :bash2: !!!!
She's a little rough, but mows like a champ!!! I just got to it in time, since the PO was mowing without the engine being bolted down at all, no fluid in the rearend, which was also missing a couple of bolts, the pto was constantly engaged--because the engine wasn't bolted down, etc... Congrats on a sweet 129!

I really liked the 129 I had. I have got to get another. Congrats on the addition to the family.

Great buy on it! My 1812 had 2 bolt holding the motor it messed the whole drive train up!I can't beleive the tractor move with no rearend fluid in it.

You can never have enough cubs and room for them.Looks like the sheetmetal is in nice shape.

Good looking 129, Cub Cadet 123!

Nice 129 you picked up there. I'm curious as to what size that mower deck is, it looks really wide. :bigthink:

Nice find on your 129! :beerchug:

Thanks guys!!! The 129 is a good, solid tractor. CaptMax: The PO told me that it was a 48" deck, but I haven't measured it yet. I tried to grease up the spindles, but the grease zerk on the left spindle keeps coming off and sticking in my gun........she needs some TLC!

Nice score! I beleive it is a 50 inch deck. Check the ID tag, I can see in the last pic that it still there. You've got as Many if those as I have 149's!
