Explain this one...

Watch the video first. Then come back right here and read what he said about the engine.

Link to video:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMsXKkIuaPg

The man said its the original head. It still has the one and only original spark plug hole. Original block. Original Piston. New rings but factory ordered. Original Carb and stock air breather. I asked if the head bolts were original and he said he had to replace them due to the amount of times he removed the head, he stretched the bolts. I also picked the engine up off of the blue bin it was sitting on to make sure there was nothing under it. It was attached soley to the wood board it was sitting on. The blue tub was just a "table". He said it can run all day. Ready to go onto a go-cart or a tiller. Ready to do whatever you want. It just doesnt need the spark plug.

You can see in the video he has another head laying there strictly just for examination so you could see how it would be nearly impossible to add another plug through the side or top.

I believe he answered all of the questions honestly. There was only one thing he wouldnt let us do and that was look down into the cylinder through the spark plug hole. Obviously whatever he has inside the engine that makes the "spark" is visible through that hole but he wouldnt let us see it and he wouldnt tell us what it is.

ANY THOUGHTS???:bigthink::beer2::biggrin2:

Pretty cool! Looking forward to finding out how he does it!

Reminds me of the ole "Blue smoke and Mirrors" tactic.....:biggrin2:

My first thought was, Why was the spark plug not shot out of this engine while it was running when he unscrewed it? Secondly, how is that paper towel keeping enough compression to keep it running? Notice how the engine never missed a lick?:bigthink:

Dont get your hopes up. He never would tell us how he did it. One of those mysteries we will never know.

As for the compression at the spark plug hole, how bout he welded it shut from the head side. All but a pin hole just to create the illusion with the hot plug and smoking rag.

What fuel is it running on?

GASOLINE. I know, I thought diesel...but no. Another dead end.

It's obvious the head showing is a false head. No spark plug=no compression = no run. No spark = no run on a gas engine. I think he has shortened the height of the block and put a false head on it. I bet if you take off the flywheel side cover you will find a spark plug sticking out of the block and the spark plug wire showing is a fake. That guy stuck his finger in the plug boot and didn't get knocked on his butt.
