Tow behind tiller

Has anyone here ever tried one of the pull behind DR tillers that most farm stores sell? Do they work well? Seems to me they would jump around, rather than do a nice tilling job.

My neighbor just bought one a few weeks back. He says it does a nice job, but I haven't seen it in action. It is quite long...you'll want to make sure you're not going to be using it in a confined space, or maneuverability will be an issue. What model tractor are you looking to get a tiller for? The DR tiller is very pricey, you could find a really nice Model 1 and purchase a 3 pt hitch and still have lots of money in the bank for what the DR cost. I have a model 1 tiller I used on both my 73 and 1250 and it does a great job. Just my $.02;) Jason
