3235 pto belt alignment problems????

Has anyone with a 3000 series ever had problems with the pto belts jumping off the pulleys? Heres the background, I removed the engine to replace a camshaft, after reassembly and reinstallation of engine, the engine pulleys are like a one slot too far forward. If I reverse the way the pulley and sleeve are installed on the crank then they are one slot too far back. Im completely confused on this one. All I did was remove the engine, and reinstall it! Any ideas????????

Still not sure what caused this problem, but I fixed it! I made a thinner spacer between the crank pulley and the block, then installed a washer between the tensioner pulley and its respective bracket. Also made myself a small strap of steel to keep the inside belt from jumping behind the tensioner. Works wonderful now!:biggrin2:
