Pics of my new to me 782!
5 Attachment(s)
Here are some pics of my new to me 782 finally!! This is the 782 that was discussed in regards to the Series I vs. Series II. As stated before, I've casually been looking for a 782 for a couple years. Found this gem pretty much in my backyard. This is a nice original tractor. Runs good, just gotta fix an oil leak. Original paint, tires, hubcaps. Once I get the seal fixed, it'll do some mowing. Pretty stoked to find a 782 finally. Persistence does eventually pay off. Enjoy the pics.:beerchug:

Looks like a very early built 782. VERY nice original shape.

Very nice 782 Josh!
Even got the IH hubcaps! |
That is one nice tractor. I'd love to own a red cub.

Congratulations on the 782 :beerchug: |
NICE! Looks great. Wanna trade hub caps? :biggrin2: Yours are much nicer than mine, less pitting and rust on yours. Great find, congrats.

Someone took good care of that 782. You did good!! I would love to have some great looking hubcaps for mine eventually.

Josh congrats on a very sweet 782! What's the serial number? I bet it was worth the wait now that you've found such a awesome 782. The oil leak shouldn't be any problem for you to fix. Got a FEl for it?:biggrin2:

Josh, if you get a chance could you measure and tell me what the back spacing is on the rear hub caps. I found a set of aftermarket that has a 10 1/8" back spacing, just wondering if that is correct. :beerchug:
