Cub Cadet 149 w/Vermeer conversion to 147H trencher
 

Hi, I am selling my Cub Cadet. My asking price is $1550.

The good: 1) Hydraulics work excellent and have no leaks. 2) Engine runs excellent and has no leaks. 3) Hydrostatic transmission works excellent.4) One new tire, new battery, one new belt, new plug, new fuel bowl, several new wires and cable. 5) starts instantly. 6) All brakes are in place on the wheels and look good. 7) I have used the trencher on two occasions to dig trenches. It works very well. 8) I have the complete manual for the unit.

The bad: 1) A piece of brake linkage may be missing? I have not researched yet. Might be easier than that. 2) Slight leakage to ground on the electrical. I disconnect the battery. 3) I made a safety guard for the cutting chain. The original is missing. 4) Seat needs new cover and repair.

Nice setup. Sure wish I were closer. :bash2: Got some trenches to dig and that would work good and be a great collector piece. As far as value, I don't have a clue. Some expertise will be shed from others shortly.

The reason I am placing it here first is that when I found this web site I found a group of people who really love their Cubs and are extremely friendly and helpful.

I will do a little more homework and see if I can get a price to place on the Cub.
