Cub Cadet Zero Turn Z-Force 44 Blades Engaging in Neutral

I'm having a problem with my Cub Cadet. The blades only seem to engage when the lap bars are in neutral. When I pull them up and try to go forward the mower will go, but the blades stop. Also the mower has a noticable shake only when blades are engaged.

I replaced the PTO clutch last year and it worked fine until one day it just stopped in mid-mow.

I have tested the clutch, and it is at 3.4 ohms.

Any help and suggestions are much appreciated!

Not many Cadet ZTR users here. If you have a bad vibration when you engage the deck, its probably a bent blade, loose blade, spindle bearing gone, belt coming apart, idler pulley (or its mount or spring tensioner) or if its shaft drive, a Ujoint. you should be able to check all of that in just a few minutes.
