RZT S Zero Electric Computer Reset
 

We have a RZT S Zero Electric mower that has been excellent for us thus far. While in the process of hauling leaves we stoped it, got out, piled the leaves into the cart, then went to restart it. The mower failed to "turn on" and the screen was scrambled with something similar to digital static. Even after numerous power cycles, the computer is unresponsive.

Does anyone know how to reset the onboard computer? The manual has nothing about the care and feeding of the electronic bits.

Is there a main battery bank disconnect? Have you disconnected it?

That's a good idea.

There doesn't appear to be a user accessable main battery disconnect that I can find. Everything is tuck up inside the "no user serviceable parts" compartment. I'd normally not think twice about opening that, but since I'm still under the three year warranty, I'll just take it in.

Was hoping for a quick option to reset everything and get it back to work.
