1863 & a half / Front End Loader (Slow) build
 

Here is one of my many Projects:biggrin2:

I have an 1863 that I will be making into a
Dedicated Front End loader.
Reason for the 1863 and a Half in the title is;
I have a 1864 doner tractor.

The 1864 I purchased someone had left it in pieces:Boohoo:

I will use Hydro and Power steering from the 1864.

I have some of the brackets fabricated already.
I also have a Bucket and belly plate made.

Here is my Belly-Pan plates.

I am machining/ making 2 of each.
Because I plan to make a ,
Light Duty Loader attachment for my 1641.
BTW:
(1641 currently has an Extreme 3 point hitch installed on it.)

I will try to stay on track with the 1863 in this build thread.

Here is pictures of the 2 belly plates.
The one with the big opening is for
Power steering.
The other is for Manuel steering.

Did you buy a plan, make a plan or is it plan as you go?

I totally agree with the getting started:biggrin2:

I have a smaller loader frame that my Daddy purchased Years ago.
I made a plan (In my head):bigeyes: from That frame:beer2:

Also had a few years exp. working on (Heavy Equipment)

Going to be a learning curve by making my own thou:HeadScratch:
