How do I?...

Hey gang...I have a 1641 hydro and am wondering if I can convert it to a gear driven rear end. I am looking at installing a 3 cyl Kubota or Yanmar diesel for pulling next year. Thanks in advance! If I can convert it...what parts do I need to be looking for?
