"Speed-up" pulley standard on later 44A decks?
 

After reading the 4-pg "speed-up" pulley thread I went and looked at my 44A deck. It has one already installed, apparently by the factory. The top pulley is 4-1/8", a little smaller than the lower pulley. This deck came with a later-model 1200 I inherited. It had NEVER been used and was leaning against the wall in Grandpa's garage, with the mule drive belt hanging above it. He just used the tractor to pull a cart around.

The IH-126393-C1 Pulley started being used on The Quietline Series tractors Mower Decks, due to the use of the Electric PTO.
