What do you all think this one is worth? Owner replied to my email and said the ser# is 14369. Would that be correct with no creepy hole or dash notch? Any other signs of the early ones on this one?

That is a lot of rust for $500, it is not that early, looks like it may have a thin axle on it thought.
Are you close enough to look at it.
