Mule drives for mowing decks

I am looking for some of the small parts.... like (I think they call it) the ratchets... the indicator of belt needing adjustment, the J bolts (belt tension adjuster), the hanger links that aren't ovaled out, torsion spring, etc.
application;
44a, 50a, and 44c deck to quietline tractor...
I have 4 mule drives and 1 bent up ratchet among them...
also have a 782 mule and deck hanger that I'd trade someone for another mule drive for application above.

also have 48" triangle, cast iron nose style deck, to go onto either the 1200/1250 or my 129.
I have the mule for that and hanger bracket but the small parts are either missing or worn out/smashed up just like the one above....
will make/fab if need be but trying the "easy way" 1st, if someone has parts available new or used.

The 782 mule drive is the same as the one used for the QL series.

All of the parts you listed; "ratchet" (right name.... but I always thought it odd), spring, and j-bolt are all available new from CCC. Honestly, the only thing not available new is the actual main bracket. One of the idler "arms" is ridiculously priced.... but all the rest is somewhat reasonable.

Sponsors have what you need, cub cadet still has those also but they can be pricy.
The best thing to do is go thru the parts lookup, see what part numbers you need and go from there.

yeah I see that... looks like I might be making what I need after all... that "ratchet" can be made in a few mins for a lot less than what was shown
I looked at the link Jon posted/ yikes.... I mostly need key number 2,4,5 a couple each, relative to Jon's link....
and the 782 mule itself looks a lot alike, but the deck hanger portion don't.

Post some pictures Don.... Unless I'm not thinking right, that 782 mule should be what you need unless something has been modified or changed.

Ill try to get some pix after work... it looks like any other "782 mule drive" (or claimed to be) listed on places like EPay.... but it too needs the same parts listed above.

Wouldn't you have to change the idler pulleys on a 782 mule to use it on a Quietline due to belt width?

Unless there isn't enough adjustment, no, probably not. The idlers don't drive anything, and the wider pulleys will accept the narrower belt. Now, if going the other way, yes, for sure. I really doubt it will cause an issue. But you are thinking!

Even if so, I have brand new ones on the one that I have to weld the holes shut on and redrill due to wear. Probably about 6 hours max run time on them
I need the j shaped "ratchet" (as IH called it) and the adjuster bolts, I need 2 each of those,
And the hanger links from the hanger bracket.

I will send the PM here shortly as asked (I'm at work right now)
