:Announce:I am the proud owner of a brand new to me International Cub Cadet 105. 1968, serial # is 256641. I just wanted to say hello and introduce my self. My name is Mike. I always wanted a Cub, but had trouble finding one that was affordable. So I picked up a couple of Bolens GTs. These are also awesome machines. But the ones I had all had Tecs in them and I saw that as a weak point (out of business now!). I heard both good/bad about the Tecs, but always heard great things about Kohlers and of course the International Cub name speaks for itself. So finally, I found that deal of a life time on this 105. I got in some hot water with the wife, but I think it will be worth it in the end. So I now have Cub fever. I have attached some pics. More details to come later.

Mike:

Welcome to our Forum......:Welcome2:

Give the other half a ride on that Quality Built 105, and maybe she will change her mind....:biggrin2.gif:

I almost said, "let her drive it" but on second thought, that may not be a good idea

:bouncy:

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. R Bedell, I actually found out about this site from you over at MTF. So thank you. I emailed you about a Qa42 snowblower. I found the manuals and saw that it does fit the 105 so I bought it for 100 bucks. If my wife won't ride it, my 2 little boys are gonna love it. :biggrin2.gif:

Mike,
Welcome to the site. You and I have corresponded via e-mail a few times ( I ran into you on MTF). I live over in the Beltzville Lake area. Nice looking 105...and you got a sleeve hitch and 3pt hitch!! Now all you'll need is a plow and we can hit the plow days next spring. If you ever want to meet up and talk/work on tractors, let me know. Jason
