Cub Cadet mighty Mac shredder

Hey, just out of curiosity I was wondering what my Mighty Mac shredder is worth? I have seen a few of the IH 59m ones which look exactly the same but of course they are yellow, and they sell for a lot. I figured this is worth less because it’s not IH but I think I got a steal of a deal on it for $75. Let me know what you think, thanks!

Below are some pictures...

That’s a nice find, I believe mackissic made them for IH as well. I’m sure some one will correct me if I’m wrong. I’ve seen some stand alone ones IH versions in the 200-300 range. A guy had one on the local Craigslist for a year or so that was the mighty Mac on a narrow frame for 300+. $75 I would’ve got it as well. Nice score. Have you used it? How does it perform?

I actually got it over the summer and haven’t used it yet. I just got the belt in for it and we had some really bad wind and a bunch of branches and trees down though so I should get to try it soon. If I remember correctly it can only do up to like 1-1/4 or 1-1/2 inch and it “shreds” not chips. We also have one of the larger stand alone versions with the grinding wheel on it. I’ll have to try it and let you know, maybe even compare them.

It is a hammer mill, not a chipper it likes to eat twigs and leaves.
