She needs alot of tlc but hopefully get it running in the next week. Then tear it down for a restore. I have a creeper to install on it when I put it back together:biggrin2.gif: It's been sitting for the last 15 years, sunken into the ground about 5 inches!!

I was wondering if anyone would notice, lol. The left rear tire didn't want to hold any air so I stole one of my wheels off an Original to get it home:beerchug:

Thanks guys. Looking forward to bringing her back to life!:IH Trusted Hand:

I see wheel weights,I like wheel weights,
Looks like you need a new dash,
Otherwise a good solid 124.

Ya, will have 5 sets of IH wheel weights soon:biggrin2.gif:. The dash is broken off on the left side, but Matt G. has one for me and will need an original seat eventually too. She is solid and very straight, no dents anywhere that I can see:beer2:

Sminkey----that's the way to find them, abandoned and then you can get a sweet deal and the satisfaction of bringing them back into service!! Glad you landed it and looking forward to seeing your progress.

Great looking 124...it has potential. I like to see stories like this, where a cub has been sitting for 15 years neglected, and someone like you comes along to give it a second chance. :biggrin2.gif:

Congrats!

Thanks guys! Does feel good to save something built as well as the cubs are from going to the salvage yard. I hope she runs, will be a few days before I get a chance to mess with the motor. I was told it was parked cause of clutch issue, so I'm assuming it'll run. The transmission feels nice and tight. Would like to install lights on it during the resto...
