Tyler - That's a great picture and a great tractor. I'll agree with juniors1282; It makes it even better when the tractor you're on was once your grandfather's IHCC. Once again, cool picture indeed.

Congratulations on Cub of the week Tyler
Like the others already said, Its really cool that you are still running your grandpa's Cub  |
Thanks guys!!! I'm honored to have my picture here. Much thanks to this forum for showing me the potential of these tractors, and for peaking my interest in garden tractors and small engines.
In the photo, I'm pulling a 12 inch plow, with turf tires and no weights, that's why I'm sitting on the fender! It worked alright though. That plowday was an incredible amount of fun, and once again I thank this forum for showing me what a plowday was! Thanks for your comments guys!! |
you've got a sweet tractor and some cool pics on your FB!!! I'd love to get up that way one day and stare at that scenery.

Nice Pic
Coool he's getting dirt on the tires, he obviously knows what a tractor is for.
My Grandpa didn't have a Cub Cadet, but I still have his Farmall H, and it would take a lot to get me to part with it. Keep playing in the dirt; Cadet Farmer |
Nice photo Tyler. Love to see cub action shots especially pulling a plow.
|
Tyler , Nice picture of you plowing . It is so cool that these tractors are made so well they can be handed down .
|
Thanks for the compliments guys! I would like to give my mom credit for takeing that picture, she takes pretty good pictures! It's amazing the fact that this particular tractor has survived to this point. It got 200+ hours a year, oil changed once or twice a year, up until 2007, then it was rebuilt and receives regular maintenance from me. My grandpa abused that tractor, but it kept on chugging along!

Nice picture, but next time try to smile a bit bigger, and duck down a bit so your mom gets the whole IH hat in the pic. Just kidding about the smile, you look reeeeeal happy! And I'm sure you are since you're riding a fine machine. Keep up the good work.
