2023 Chevy Silverado W/T 1500 2wd, 8' bed. Brand new to me. Has a 2.7 turbo on it.
Now for a new Garage. |
What size deck can you mount on that?

Nice truck...I like it!
|
No deck,maybe a snow plow.
I like it also, last new truck was a 1980 Toyota 4x4. |
Very nice Lew. Keep us up to date on it.
|
We're with you, we tend to drive things all pre 2000. Gets kinda old.
Good looking pickup, congrats. Ken |
Nice truck! It’s nice to see new regular cab long beds compared to all of the extended cabs/crew cabs with useless extra short beds.
|
Single cabs are uncommon and eight foot beds are fairly rare too. Both together is almost a collector series! Enjoy the ride!

OHH AWW,
A new chebby truck.:beerchug: And a workin' one also! Hope you got a "Lew" deal:biggrin2: |
Thanks for your kind words.
No lew price on new trucks, I was always a long bed guy when I was building additions, besides cubs are hard to fit in a shorty, never mind trying to get 2 in their... |

Good for you. My wife has been on me to get a new truck, my 2006 Silverado has 176k on it. She says I need to get a new one while I still have enough sense to learn to operate it. I've been curious about the 2.7 T engine, we have a 2019 Equinox with a 2.0T with a little over 50k that has not given any trouble. My 2006 has a 5.3 but it doesn't have the AFM crap.

So far no problems, torqey when the turbo kicks in. Nothing like a fine wine when you are driving.
|
How is the new truck, Lew?
|
2000+ miles, no issues yet...
