1650 and 122

I am a sucker for Quietlines and especially 1650s. A complete 102 found it's way on the trailer too. The 1650 has the usual Quietline issues and a bad starter. I mowed some grass with it today to see if there are other critical issues. All the controls are sloppy loose but the dual hydraulics work and are not stuck! Not sure what I am going to do with the 102. I will part it if anybody needs anything. Just PM me regarding parts wanted from the 102. Here are the pics or didn't happen. :beer2:

Dual stick! NICE

Congrats on the dual stick Beth.:beerchug:
Wonder how many 1650 dual stick owners are on here now days. Back when I got mine, there weren't many...:bigthink:

A Q/L with dual hydraulics....??? Can't ask for more.

I think you did well. Now that 122 is a classic.
It will prolly pop wheelies for Yah.

Congrats on the dual stick!:beerchug:

Very Nice!

Why not hang on to the 102? She would make a pretty one.

mortten 05-25-2018 12:56 PM

Gotta have at least one narrow frame gear drive hanging around.

twoton 05-25-2018 06:15 PM

Good deal on the 1650 there Ms DeltaCub. Did it come with the deck?

IHCubCadet147 05-25-2018 07:39 PM

Nice pickup! I think you should keep the 102, it will be a nice addition to your collection.

DieselDoctor 05-25-2018 08:44 PM

Congratulations on finding one of your favorites Beth! The queen has another loyal subject to rule over! The 102 isn't such a bad little tractor either. :beer2:

Yes it came with a 50" deck that mows surprisingly well!

I am a sucker for these old Quietlines. Someday when I get a round tuit...maybe I will get the old 102 running:biggrin2: Anybody have any round tuits laying around? For now it will just to the top of the list of important things to do! :biggrin2:

DeltaCub 05-27-2018 09:24 PM

I mowed with 1650 for about an hour. I got it running, added oil and gas and gave it a bath. I like to give my new to me machines a bath first then run them hard. No leaks, no smoke...not odd many odd noises. This thing mows remarkably well! This 1650 will be candidate for restoration. I am pleased

J-Mech 05-27-2018 09:59 PM

Nice scores Beth!

Well the latest 1650 purchase has had some TLC. The engine cradle has been updated, new solid engine mounts, some new drive line parts and an oil change. I serviced the 50a mower deck as well.

Behind the 1650 is an unwanted 129....Hey Cooperino interested in another? LOL

bllwnkl 07-24-2018 08:14 PM

So that's why you were busy on Tuesday! Good for you. It's cool that you keep finding them.

DeltaCub 07-24-2018 08:21 PM
