104 Followed Me Home
1 Attachment(s)
Well...another 104 followed me home. Nice clean tractor with headlights, creeper, snow blade, snow thrower, deck, weights and chains. It's been sitting up about 4 years but came with receipts of an engine rebuild about 6 years ago. I can't wait to bring this one back alive and put it to work over the winter.

Looks a heck of a lot better than the 104 I drug home a year ago. At least it ain't all a brush/mop job Caterpillar yeller like it was!! |
Thats gonna make me dizzy.... I gotta be careful with my iphone or does that to me too...Lol

Ah, you did well with that. It's going to be a nice keeper.

Nice looking survivor! Congrats!!!:beerchug:

Very Nice!:beerchug: Glad to see you finally got it home! It's impossible to find survivors like that around here... I think y'all hoard them all up north of the Mason Dixon line!!:biggrin2:

Nice score on the 104! It looks to be a pretty straight tractor. Let us know about getting it running. It's fun to hear of other's projects.

Once a year I camp out in Bellevue not far from Norwalk. got friends about the same distance "the other way" from Norwalk...
Anyway as it applies to Cub Cadets last year when I was out there, in our running around for camping supply/ grocery runs, I discovered a yard out there on the south side of town that had a bunch of CC stuff all about the yard got the impression that much of it had not run in a while. Among the stash was a 1X8/1X9, (my favorite Cubs by design/appearance) and a cab maybe 2, that makes me want to beat on the door and ask what it would take to bring those back to Illinois with me.... but then I'd have to take both my trucks so I could bring my flatbed trailer and the popup besides.... and give the wife a crash course in towing..... |

Still haven't found time to get the tractor going...gas smells like paint stripper but the cut off for the tank was shut and the carb bowl was dry. shouldn't take long... |
