it was built as a test motor but turn out too good to not put it in something

Looks pretty good. :beerchug:

Care to share some very general details? ( I'm not asking for you to reveal build secrets )

its actually a stock K341 block. stock stroke , .060 overbore. 1.200 carb on alky. same as NQS lite pro. can't really go into much more than that. will make its first run in a tractor in Portage WI on July 10th.

Thanks for the brief bit of info ( I completely understand as I used to race various classes of go karts )

I would assume some high compression to burn the alky seeing the custom head and the girdle. :bigthink:

Good Luck and pull hard this weekend! Looks like you'll scare the competition!

dvogtvpe 07-12-2015 08:47 AM

first run a 3rd. shadows from the grand stands were starting to affect the track. it was an evening pull and the last 2 hooks of the class were the 1 & 2 finishers as the track got better. second class the track was completely in the shadows and seasoned in real nice and we put 10 feet on the class for 1st. overall pretty happy with it for the first time out. there's much more work to do to get it fine tuned.

fullpull9 07-15-2015 12:06 PM

When will we see it?!?!?!

Can we expect to this run in Princeton Don? :bigthink:

dvogtvpe 07-15-2015 07:39 PM

I'm not sure

CADplans 07-16-2015 12:13 AM

What is the serial number, and model number of the engine?? :bigthink:

 :ROTF1:

dvogtvpe 07-16-2015 07:25 AM

serial number is 2138 . hard to keep track of them if you don't number them and keep a book.
