Rear PTO?

Is this a rear PTO on this tractor? Never seen one.

Maybe, you need to look in the center of the guard on the lower left side and see if it has a female splined coupling.

Sam is correct. They used that same rear plate for a bagger attachment also.

All I can see is what is in the picture. Looks like a guard about the size of a coffee can sticking out the back of the plate. I see the mount for the rear bagger and I see what looks like a drawbar for a hitch.

That's a C'sL picture of a 1882 for sale for $600. 46" deck which is right for the rear bagger.

Man it sure is hard to tell from that pic. If the seller were just a little lower when they snapped the pic, we could tell if the PTO's hiding in there or not. I don't see a top rockshaft for a three point either. My guess is for the rear bagger as well. Looks like the price is right. :beerchug:

I sent him an email. Thanks.

Just this.................

Oak 09-24-2014 03:11 PM

I'm pretty sure that does not have the rear pto. I don't see the rockshaft or the lower lift link pins but that is a good deal at $600.

My reason for asking is I've never seen a rear PTO in person on a Cyclops so I don't know what they look like. The tractor is about 75 miles from me. I thought if it had something unuaual about it, I'd go look at it.

The owner never emailed me back so maybe it's already sold.

Thanks.
