Quick question,is it two per package or one, wasn't really clear to me.You can get the fuse holder at any auto parts house,as for the switch ebay or maybe someone has they will let go of.
|
Nice job! I like the location also!:beerchug:
|
lites
you get two (2) per pkg ... so I ended up with four. looking for a good spot in the rear of my car for the other !

I have six on the way. Free shipping too... Cost 11.09
|
Very nice, and they look clean on the tractor:beerchug:

Nice. And those are almost bright enough to be used for headlights
|
Those are pretty sweet and surprisingly bright
|
I like that setup, well done.

Don't you mean 0.40 Amps...??? |
amps / lites
it works at 9~14V,0.1(A)
so x 3 = .3 (A) you can almost breath on these and they light up. One note if you install in same place I did ... be sure your mount holes are centered ... otherwise the nut on back side may not fit properly, its a close fit . B. |

If you use this switch you can turn your front lights on only or turn your back lights on only or turn all your lights on. The part no. is-- A-371465R91

They could be an option for the tractors with no headlights,,,,:bigthink:
Aim some forward, too,,,,,, better than no lights!! |
Switch part no. is-- A-371465R91

Yup! NIK, |
Those lights are a great idea, and the location works perfectly without interfering with any attachments. I ordered a couple sets myself. Thanks for sharing.
I see in the ebay description that they are "9 watts." I think they are probably 0.9 watts. A nine watt LED in a small package like that will overheat quickly. For those not familiar with LED lighting, a good rule of thumb when replacing incandescent lamps with LEDs is that LEDs are approx. 8-10 times brighter per watt than incandescents. That is, a 10 watt LED would be as bright as a 80-100 watt incandescent. So these three 0.9 watt LEDs would be as bright as a single 35 watt headlamp (approximately). "warm white" LEDs are less efficient than the cool white variety, and create more heat in the process. (they actually use an LED to excite a phosphor that then emits the warm white light). I think these particular lights would fall in the cool white spectrum. |
:Wave:Great idea, and beautiful install. Now I want some. Thanks for the link and idea. Chris

i'll bore you with a couple more light pics

don't think you can beat these for the price ... very functional, the only lights illuminating my garage.
|
The lights are nice!
|
I think I'm going to order some and try to mount them under the foot rests pointing out to light up the ends of the deck.

This is where I put mine. Just made a bracket to fit two existing holes on the frame. Man those little things are bright... I hooked mine up to the switch so all the lights come on at once because I figure if I need the lights on I need to see behind me too.

kostendorf ,
nice ... they do throw a good flood of light ... working with those tiny wires can frustrate you tho .... give a night pic if you get a chance Bryan :biggrin2: |
That looks nice. I like the subtle look. Good job!

Did anyone that bought these read the "friendly reminder" on the bottom of the description? I'm going to guess they used a free translator by the looks of it. :ROTF1:
|
Glad somebody posted some pictures. I've wanted to try them. I want them front and back on the 1811's, four wheeler and on the inside rails of my trailer for loading things up at night.

Friendly reminder: How to detect circuit is a DC power supply system? After opening the vehicle switches and turn the switch into nightlights state, if you do not need to launch the vehicle but the lights can be bright, is DC, on the contrary is AC. Sounds legit to me? :biggrin2: |

I searched all over the place looking for my AC. Couldn't find it anywhere. Then read your post, went and looked, and sure enough there it was. MY AC was right there on the contrary. |
