48" Home Made disk
wow that's similar to the one iv been planning on doing in the shop when I got the time. wish I lived closer. this is what ih should have sold back then. fabricator did great job. looks heavy enough to get it done , :beer2::beerchug:
all this needs is a red paint job to be perfect.
Been thinking about that one. still short after holiday. will see if it stays long enough.

Guess were all in the same boat!..lol the broke boat! That disk would look awesome painted red with a 496 decal on it! Think this time of year sucks for about everyone.

Hey bocephus. It would actually live very near you if I picked it up. Just south of Belle, mo. I'm sure we could work out a loan program. Lol
called on it today. Already sold. Sure hope one of you picked it up.
That kinda looks like a micro-mini washed too many times in boiling water IH Farmall #500 disk.
Hope of our members bought it. |
Kinda bummed, it was going to be something for my son to run with his 782.
Just build one. The hardest part is finding a 10" or 12" disk blade! I did an internet search a few days ago. I can find 12" blades..... :bigthink:
I'd build and sell them..... but not at that price!!! If you had to buy all the steel and tires and disk blades new, plus either a hydraulic cylinder or electric one you'd have $1000 in building one, without the labor!!:bigeyes: |
