My Cub Cadet 100 serial #, early or late model?
 

hey guys, my cub cadet 100, has no serial # tag on the rear end, and the serial # is stamped on the front of the reduction/bell housing, it has the big battery box, and early steering spoked wheel, serial # is 89916, i can get pics. is it early or late, also wheres the serial nmber on a cub 72. thanks

Sounds like july of 64. Seems early enough for me lol. Good find

100 #2 was built in December of 63. The 100's were built from 63 to 65.

On a 72 the tag should be just to the left of the cover on the rear end or just above the cover on top of the casting.
