Power House cub
Just thought I'd post a picture of my contraption I'm currently working on, I call it my Power House cub, because when the power goes out this is whats gonna power my house, Its got a quietline frame, 682 fenders, china 10hp diesel engine and a 10kw generator head.
http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f3...621_084944.jpg basicly its just a drivable 10kw generator, I still have to fit the hood and then tear back down and paint. I'll post a few more pictures when its done. |
Ok.... I'm confused. Is that the motor.... on the back???

Nice project, and if you have all the stuff - why not?
What's the word on those China made diesels? I have seen a couple re-powers with them and when they go on sale they are tempting for the price... |

Wow that is a lot of custom. I kinda like it. I was thinking of doing something similar wit a gear drive cub but making it a pto setup and maybe putting the generator unit under the tractor or something similar. Are you going to do anything to help keep the engine out of the eliments in case its raining or something?

Mike, I also like it. It will look great painted. That would be great at deer hunting camp. I could see it now, cold beer, lights, tunes. Can't wait to see it done.
Also , thanks for your service and hope you regain your health. Chris |
Very COOL and you got to test it. Job well done. :beerchug:
