got a 123 today!!
 

Well I picked up a 1966 123 to day off Cubcrazy today.It is made in the same year and month as my 122. It runs like a top!! But it wont move! I checked the release valves they are ok. The truion is in bad shape. It is full of clean Hy-tran. I adjusted the cam thingy i was thinking about putting a filter on it but is it going to drain the trany.here are the pics!!!

Great job! Glad to hear you got it running, mine is pretty bad too, I wish I had a way of fixing it or access to a welder, it will have to do the way it is. 123's are awesome tractors... the beginning of hydros!

It is a nice tractor and now i'm calling the 122 and 123 twins bc that there made in Dec of 1966! They are 952 apart tho. I'm going to get a 42in cast end mower to put under it in the spring to use next mowing season.here is a link to my new vid

Well It stoped moving again. I drained the hytran and i found alot of gummy stuff in the trans. So i pulled the trans to put in a new fan and a hydro to trans gasket and a good cleaning. I also found that there was cracks in the frame! So i welded them up. I hope to have it going again soon!
