Buying this tractor....what is it?

I'm buying this tractor for the implements. It doesn't run; however, the price is right. The tractor s/n is 187322 with a KS241AS engine...what is it?

It's a 102. The metal dashtower and K241 that gives it away.:beerchug:

And I believe that seat was only used on the 102's.

It's also got some righteous fender extensions...which actually look functional, particularly if you till or mow in 3rd gear

There's a 105 in the for sale section with the fiberglass seat, I still think that seat was unique to the 102's :p

steveyrock 04-12-2012 06:48 AM

my 122 had a rubber seat like that, don't know if it was orginal but it sure was not comfortable.

I know what it is...its a tractor you need to BUY! Looks like a good deal. You got the $100 wheel weights...

Youre exploding into the hobby already! I like it :beerchug:

Well....my original plan was to spend around $3,000 for a new lawnmower/tractor. So far, I am under that and have 5 tractors.

A 149 that I bought from the forum that should be super nice. I pick it up in early May.

A 782D that I have at home now that runs great and needs just a little TLC to get it perfect

A 125 with hrdraulic lift that is solid and runs great...needs cosmetics

A 127 that looks good but doesn't run (yet)

and this "new" tractor that I am mostly buying for the implements...however, I will wind up getting it running as well!:biggrin2:
