New member from Eastern Ontario
 

New member here with a 129. I've had it for three years, and I inherited it from my father who had if for about 15 years. Previously, it was owned by the local school board and used as a mower only.

I was thinking of selling it and buying a new CC, but I pulled the old girl out of the shed, and she bewitched me again. :)

I'm located just south of Ottawa, near Kemptville, Ontario.

Thanks guys! It makes my neighbours Deere look sad when pulling stuff. :) His 22 hp L130 has nothing on the old girl. :D

Your 129 looks pretty good. You will be much happier with a well built older machine than the new "stuff".

My next door neighbor wanted to get a new mower. He had an older Bolens and wanted to get a Cub. I offered to help him find a good used Cub Cadet but he wanted "brand new".

He's had it for 4 years and was only happy with it the first year. He's spent more on parts in the last three years than I have on both my 125 and 122.
