subframe for dozer blade?
I've looked hi and low for a subframe for a dozer blade. I bought the blade and thought it shouldn't be to hard finding the subframe, but again I was wrong.
So I was thinking of having one made. But I don't know anyone around here with one to copy. Would there be anyway someone could get me the dimentions of theirs? Just a thought. Thanks By the way it's for a narrow frame. |
Come on, there isn't anyone here that could help a guy out?
|
Todd sorry mines 1.5 hr drive from me or I'd hook ya up. You're needing the measurements for the NF sub frame right?
|
Zippy, I may have one laying around, I will look either today or tomorrow and let you know. Trying to get the "honey do" list done so I can go play with the Cub. I will let you know as soon as I can.:beerchug:

Yes, its a NF, thanks, for a second I felt like I was out on my own, with no one out there!

I'm not 100% certain, but if you can come in contact with a WF one, then you might be able to cut the arms off of the plate and reverse them and it may fit a NF. I have one like that where the PO has monkeyed with it by reversing the arms and I think that is why. If not, then you could trade a WF one to someone with a NF one and each of you cover shipping......just a thought if you can come by one like that.
Sorry, my NF blade is 2 counties away from me right now or I'd take some measurements for you. Cub Cadet 123 |
Thanks, but for now I'de just like to try and find the meserments and go from there, boy I can't spell:angry:

re; subframe
If you are calling a subframe what I call a mounting bracket that attaches blade to tractor, I have one.I am new to cubs so unsure of terminology. I'll take $75.and shipping.I live in Eaton Oh. zip 45320.

I'll let you know Gene if this isn't going to work. I may sound cheap, but I've got enough into this plow already. Thanks All. |

Here's to you...:beerchug: Oh, Gene, we have a spot in the forum in the top category for you to introduce yourself to everyone. Feel free to let us know about you!! By the way: :Welcome2:
PS>Sorry Zippy to sneak this in your thread, but I thought it was noteworthy! Hope you understand. Cub Cadet 123 |
narrow frame plow bracket
Hi,
I have a frame, not perfect but usable. Yours for the shipping cost, so long as it did not get taken for project steel, let me know if you still need and I will look. |
Thank you for the offer, but it's taken care of:beerchug:
