Here the new project, it runs and drives, so I will be rebuilding this winter.

You got yourself a nice tractor to redo, I am in the process of rebuilding a 149. I have a build thread for it that you might find some helpful info, it is in this section of the site, 149 Cub Resto-mod.

Good luck on your project, they are a great little tractor!

Thanks guys for the info, I put the hood and grill back on and got rims and 1” spindles off eBay and start a parts list, here some picture beside my 3204.

Very nice! The 149 s one the best built tractors out there! Where did you get the front weights on your 3204? and that thing looks mean! :beerchug:

John H - Great find! That 149 looks like it has a lot of promise indeed. I'll agree with Cvans about loving the hydraulic lift! Here's my '72 149.

Thanks it should be a fun project! That a very nice 1972 149 to. So far I need to fine a grill and one shield that go by the gas tank and I missing the pto linking. And need to adjust the Hydro it jumps around. The front weight off 3204 I got off eBay sometime back.
