^^^ RI, pics of the inside in post #929.
Added one more battery to the back for weight yesterday and it’s almost enough. Put a little more curve in the pedal and that’s better to. Ordered some ags. |

Over the course of last 2 days: Changed oil, trans filter, did all the lube points, took blades off the deck and sharpened, cleaned underside of deck, replaced and reinstall deck on tractor, put on new air filter, tightened right front motor mount bolt (long story), now awaiting a new deck to PTO belt.

Today I got to test mount an old set of reclaimed discs I've been working on for the past few weeks. New frame and a sleeve hitch mount. Just have to finish welding and paint.

I finally got a set of IH wheel weights for my 1450. Just need to get some shorter bolts for them, PO must have had two sets stacked. Also need a set of taillight lenses.

Last Saturday the grandson got some seat time on the Original thatching the yard for me. He spent about three hours on it and stated that he was still vibrating when he got off. Sunday morning I bagged the thatch with the 782 and GT 46 deck and bagger. Guess i should get a seat cushion for the Original. The old girl never missed a beat. After the rain today I hope to roll the lawn with it. The old girl is so easy to maneuver I just wish it would turn shorter.

I got to try out the retro fitted weight bracket. It now quick connects to the sleeve hitch with one pin. 150 pounds of weights plus another 20 for the bracket. And played in the dirt a bit. :beerchug:
