Changed the differential oil in the nasty old 122 today. The insides are much better looking than the outside. I was shocked.

I expected to see a rusty mud puddle inthere.

From yesterday, but I got one of my rear wheels painted, new tube put in and placed back on the tractor.

Took the thrower off and did all the Spring service and put the deck on. I my dig out the 50” deck and fix the holes in it.

Hello to yuns. If you don’t remember my back story I’ll refresh it. I lost my job here when GM shut the plant last year. I moved to southern Indiana to a plant there and was not AT ALL. happy living in an apartment there. But with an amount of luck I don’t typically have, I met the criteria for retirement by ONE day and have done just that and am living back at our home, (which we obviously kept while gone😏) in NE Ohio. The 1450 Super is no farther along than when I got the news about plant closing nearly 2 years ago. It runs, moves but there are some things that need buttoned up eventually. It however hauls my new trailer with much more authority than the 1641. Now that I’ve got the truck, car, trailer all buffed clay bared and waxed, I’ll just wait for the grass to grow some.
P.S. I apologize, I, like many, can’t get the pics correct whilst using my smarter than me phone. 🤷🏼*♂️

mrjeep,

I had to go read your thread on your QL. She's a beast. Congrats on your retirement.

Lawn Prep

The old 72 getting some yard prep done! It always surprises me how stout that 7HP Kohler is. Pulled the aerator around the lawn then down the street to my friends house. Opened her up in 3rd on the way home. Lots of fun!
