Everyone always has such great projects going on and usually I don't have much to share, but for once I do. Over the last few months, I've been resurrecting my dad's old 100 with parts from a few donor cubs and adding some options. It sat for 30+ years behind the garage and last night I finally got it all together with a new engine and took it for its first spin around the yard. It went from being just a rolling frame to a decked-out little cub. Going to use it on blade duty for a while to make sure there are no leaks and it is mechanically sound before fully restoring and painting over the next few years.

Nice, with family history. I'm sure Dad is appreciative of your interest and effort to save his tractor.

I didn't take any pics, but I took the IH 782 out with the dozer blade on to do some driveway leveling while it was warmer and the driveway was soft. This was my first use since I dropped the M18 in last week. It ran like a champ and pushed stones around like nothing. I have loaded 23x8.50-12 ags on it currently with wheel weights.

Nice!! The 100 is one of my favorite models.. very robust and simple design yet it's a very good looking tractor!

Just picked up a '72 149 last night. Started making a list of things to do/check. Changing the fluids, new spark plug, check the timing and adjust the brake so far. Ill post some pics later.

I had the team out for some work today. We only got about 3” but I wanted to use my tools.

The 122 watched, it’s waiting for some engine work.

It made a nice winter wonderland though. That fence is the one I pulled the posts out with the 782 sleeve hitch, I posted about before.

Looks like fun! I tried to do the same thing tonight.

I was planning on using my 1450. I started it up, pulled it outside, put some gas in and it wouldn’t restart.:bash2: Not sure what happened, I have to look at it tomorrow.
Next I tried my 147. It started up and ran great as always. I only have ag tires on it, no chains. It worked alright until the snow built up too much or I came to a hill. After getting stuck enough times I gave up and finished with the truck.
