How is the driveshaft side of the coupler?

The engine to driveshaft side? It’s shot the pin was worn a good 1/4 into it. I didn’t take a picture of that one. The shaft side of the hydro end is still good. I had to work it pretty hard to pull it off.

No the driveshaft to the coupler, there is a guide pin at the end of the shaft that that fits in the coupler, they get oblong from 40 years of use and abuse.

Hmmm. I do have that guide pin on the drive shaft, but coupler has a much bigger hole in it than that guide pin, and it doesn’t look like it got worn that big. Almost looks like one off the driveshaft of a 82 series. The hole is big enough to slide the whole driveshaft inside. :bigthink:

Edit: I just looked the proper part up to see a picture, and mine doesn’t look anything like it. It looks just like an 82 series one.

It should look like these parts.

This is what I have. I’m sure it’s not the right coupler for this tractor.

There should be a number cast in it.

There’s a number but I can’t read it.

Give it a clean. The part # is there.

I got it, 376222 R1, which looks like it's for a 123. I did a search and some guy called darkminion17 has one for sale on ebay, but it does not look like mine. Mine has the hole the same size all the way through, the whole shaft fits inside. There's no way wear from that little shaft locator wore that out. Maybe someone had it drilled for use on a different driveshaft, like a wideframe?
