Thanks Lew, Serial #9449 and no spring assist but I'm sure I have one here somewhere! It showed up and I shoved it in the shed for the winter.

Here's my 70 and trailer.
The 70 has a K241AS engine, so it must have been transplanted at some point. Both were found on Craigslist in separate places. I like shiny paint, but it's only original once and I'm not sure if I want to ruin the patina. In the background is a 63 International Scout 80. Behind the Scout is a 68 International Travelall 4x4. |
Love it just the way it sits ! I agree, i wouldnt paint it either

I suppose I should post an update pic.
Been working on the latest (Model 70), trying to get it ready for mowing this year. Shortened a few blades of grass yesterday and just working the bugs out of it. Bought it unsure of condition and so far, we know it runs. :biggrin2: Figure I'll mow with it for a while and then most likely, make it purdy somewhere down the road. I likes 'em purdy. http://i1282.photobucket.com/albums/...psmqkwlmr3.jpg |
Love this thing. This was taken right after pulling a dead tree down today
